It is within walking distance of restaurants and taverns, bars, pubs, supermarkets, shops, pharmacies and all amenities. Very comfortable holiday home surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean-style garden. The Villa is equipped with simple but elegant, modern furniture, as well as all modern electrical appliances. The living room, kitchen and dining area on the ground floor is open plan, which opens onto an open area. On this level there is also a guest toilet, and the sofa folds out into a comfortable sofa bed. The upper floor offers two spacious bedrooms, the first offers a double bed and a shower room and the second two single beds as well as a shower room. The Villa can comfortably accommodate 6 people. Most of the time in Cyprus is meant to be spent outdoors and this Villa is great in this regard. The cozy indoor garden at the back of the house with a walking area, a bar, a nice barbecue and a traditional clay oven is ideal for relaxing. There is a covered patio with a gazebo and a large covered garden in front of the children's home. The Villa is fully equipped, fully air-conditioned and offers private high-speed Wi-Fi, satellite TV with Russian and British channels, as well as more than 10,000 movies and TV series. Just behind the Villa is the territory of Anastasia hotel, and it is a small water Park, which is open only for hotel accommodation. You can expect some noise from this between 10am and 4pm when the Park is in operation. However, please note that so far we have had no complaints about the noise.
